This blog is a companion to the Letter entitled “Can We Really Compete?”  The letter raises three scenarios highlighting issues that face a community in developing a local food system - the reality of supporting local food producing farmers in your regional community.  We want your opinions and, most of all, your solutions for moving away from the the subsidized industrial food system to a more sane and healthy local food system.
